How It Works
We’ve developed what we consider to be the most simple and accessible app that allows customers to securely check-in when they arrive at your pub. The simple three step process allows your customers to check-in using a unique ID freeing up time for you and your staff.
Customers then enter their information into the system. We only require their name and phone number. The system does the rest of the work.
The customers visit is now logged and details are held for up to 21 Days. Upon request, NHS contact tracers can access the information they need.

We’ve made this process as simple and accessable as possible. There is no need to download an app. For customers that dont have a smartphone check-in can be done by staff members on their behalf.
No need to worry about being GDPR compliant. We’ve done all the hardwork to make sure you & your customers information is safe and secure. Customers Logged visits are deleted after 21 days from sign-in.
